Custom plugin. Activates when your entire team has been offline for 30+ consecutive minutes. The protection window is tied to wipe age — how long it has been since the last wipe — not how long you've been offline. The further into the wipe, the less protection.
* Timer = time since last wipe, not time offline. All team members must be offline 30+ min to activate ORP.
